Livia - The off Switch For Menstrual Pain.

How do I stop being charged every month for the pads that I've haven't gotten once I've called and talked to somebody but I didn't can't find the number now. I just want to completely stop the whole thing.

I have had my Livia for almost 6 months now. It has been great for me. I suffer from Endo (Endometriosis) and I experience issues outside on my monthly cycle. Things are usually worse when I’m on.
