All of my items were on time and packaged well. After doing three manicures and one pedi, I can tell you I love this!! Such a good investment! It's a big improvement over having to go to a nail salon and awkwardly sit there and then pay like 30-40 euros. After a few manicures, this kit pays for itself. The only thing I wish is that a shipping confirmation would arrive sooner, I thought a confirmation would be sent within a day of ordering but I got a shipping notification after a couple of days. This caused a little confusion because I didn't know if it was confirmed. Also the bottles are quite small. Otherwise, all great, definitely recommend! Maybe in the future we could have like a promotional mix-and-match your own variety pack?? Would love that too. Overall, very happy with my purchase and wish I got a kit sooner!
