Shipping took a little under 2 weeks which is what it says when you purchase it because they make each batch fresh. I haven't needed to contact service because I've had no issues with the products. Nothing came broken and I love that they're all in glass bottles. Only complaint is the price but I'm not actually complaining because quality products from small businesses always cost more in order for a profit to be made. So happy I was recommended this company. Black owned business for the win.
