When I went to checkout, the cost of shipping was not included until AFTER I made the purchase. I assumed I was getting free shipping--and I was told this was not true and that shipping prices are always included. However, this was certainly my experience with the checkout process. And then, in response to my experience when I contacted customer service, I was given a 7.5% discount code on a *future* purchase. 7.5%? I found that to be such a small discount in the first place, and a little bit too late considering it was only applicable to the future purchase. After receiving my products and the overall experience, I won't be purchasing again.
