Shipping was very fast. Communication was great. I really like the bracelet and it's very comfortable to wear, I feel much safer with it on. Just a side note though....a Paramedic friend of mine suggested having "MEDIC ALERT" engraved either side of the Star of Life as he didn't immediately identify the bracelet as a medical one even though they received training regarding looking for them in the event of an emergency. He thought it was a Fitbit. Might be something to think about?
