Arrived at the house but I wasn’t home so I asked for it to be delivered to my local post shop. Bracelet too large so maybe a good idea to have a measurement section as I now have to pay to get it made smaller.

Very good quality service, but the product broke way too quickly for a bracelet at more than $100

The chain is too small to fit over an adults head when done up. To difficult to do up after passing around my neck. OK for kids. Chain needs to be at least 82 cm long to fit an adult. Chain appears to be good quality.

Quick response and turn around time. Engraving was good. Need more pictures of different age groups wearing and more descriptions.
