I gave four stars because the overall product is awesome. The focus is great and my pumps last. But i was disappointed that when i recieved my defiant preworkout that the powder inside was very clumpy and difficult to scoop out. The only other saving grace is that even with the clumps it mixes very very well and tastes awesome.

Defiant unleashed is now one of my favorite preworkouts! I wish it had creatine but nonetheless it's awesome and I can just add creatine myself!
