Defiant Unleashed gets you pumped and super focused for your workout. Makes me have a hard time leaving the gym. I started working out regularly last October. I wasn’t terribly motivated. I needed something to keep me focused in the gym so I tried defiant. It was what I needed. Lately I decided to try Defiant Unleashed and love it. I also take Obedient. Great combo.
