I ordered the new formula of Defiant from MF. I switch up pre-workouts and do not get the same one twice in a row. That being said, I used the old formula of Defiant in the past and loved it. The new formula is similar, but I can notice the better focus and bigger pumps it gives me, yet still without the crash or weird sensations. The energy from Defiant is consistent from start to finish of my workouts, which is the number one thing I look for in a pre-workout. Love the product and will definitely order in the future. Highly recommend.

I have tried defiant and defiant unleashed. I prefer unleashed. It hits the way i like. Both have great mixability and good flavor.

Defiantly pre workout is one of the best pre workouts I have ever used. I had three sample packets of the snow cone flavor. They tasted amazing and made me feel happy and motivated before hitting the gym. I had great energy, awesome pumps and endurance to last for two hours. All in all a fantastic experience.
