Murad UK (BigCommerce)

Love the products, I purchased Murad Essential-C Day Moisture Broad Spectrum. I have oily skin and find other moisturisers can just sit on my skin. I would have given 5 stars but there is no larger sizes available and with all the heavy discounting makes you think the margin must be huge, therefore it’s actually not that expensive to produce.

Ordering is a very smooth process and I always receive my items quickly. The products are great and actually work. My only issue is that I would like to be able to purchase smaller sized products in everything. Murad is quite a luxury brand and I can see why, as their products are effective however, I find them quite expensive when buying full sized so I would prefer to buy less at a cheaper price. I know you can do this on some travel sized products but I think it should be across the board on everything. My skin is very sensitive and changes regularly so I would like to buy smaller amounts to trial before committing.

I only use Murad skin products now, tried everything else. Although it’s quite expensive, only a small amount of product is needed and it’s very rich. I am now 61 and have hardly any lines. The offers and samples are always a treat, and delivery and packaging is good.

Clear and easy website. But you send far too many emails to me. Plus all these emails and no discount codes and no point system. If the emails said … oh you purchase X cream every 3 months and here is a voucher then fine. But up to 3 emails a day advertising other stuff is too much.

I’ve only been using the product for a week so can’t comment on long term results just yet. I use it mainly as a neck and jawline cream and have faith in the eventual results. I use this product as highly recommended by India Knight
