Love Moxe and have for years

It took me awhile to write ✍🏾 this review, which makes me sad 😢 as a customer because MoXe didn’t do that to me 🚫🙅🏾‍♀️. When I first received my package 📦 it was tampered with 🔪 . Luckily 🍀, everything that I ordered still arrived 😮‍💨. I email customer support to inform them of this and suggested a meaningful tip 💁🏾‍♀️, “To use a box instead of the plastic packaging bags”. I didn’t even want a refund or anything 🤷🏽‍♀️. But MoXe said No 🙂‍↔️! We Got U 🫵🏾! They replied quickly and resent my entire package in … a 📦 Box. 😝🤪 How crazy is that! I truly appreciate the above and beyond customer service. Because of this act, I was able to give a treatment kit to my mom who also suffered from Covid losing sense of smell. I share my aromatherapy kit with my sister, too. Both my mom and sister enjoys the product and my mother and I are regaining our sense of smell back. Thank you 🙏🏾 ☺️ so much MoXe🤩!
