Shipped to wrong house. Customer service has refused to call me.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten the product. I placed for express shipping but no delivery yet. Not even regular shipping arrived. Very disappointed. It is too pricey. It is not worth at all!

Sent cracked and now ovulating NOW never opened the box until now and I’m livid $100 for nothing !!! and sold out everywhere! Even their own website!
