Stay away, Moon does not
Stay away, Moon does not back their products. The toothbrush case broke when opening the toothbrush for the first time. When I reached out to their customer service I was told-
"At this time, we don’t sell the case separately, so we’re unable to offer a replacement for just the case.

It’s not even a charging case, just a cheap plastic case that likely cost the company less than $5. I had full intention on purchasing 5 more of these for the rest of my family to travel with if it was a good product and leave the expensive Philips Sonicare at home but will be purchasing the budget Philips for travel instead.
