I need it a new one

Never received the product. Moon won't provide a refund or re-ship the product for me. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. Wish I would have just bought Crest Whitestrips at this point as now I'm out $100 bucks with no product ever received even after contacting their support team.

I did order get it month later and it was a wrong product

Not compatible with my toothbrush. Send customer service a notice that I want to return this item. Waiting for a response.

Package was never received
