I never received my collagen package 😭 I have tried contacting usps with no return call or email.

Terrible…I haven’t gotten my product because of an error in the shipping address on my part which I tried correcting immediately. I have sent multiple emails and not one response to any of them. I sent an email immediately after making my purchase hoping it could be corrected before the order was processed. I had route protection included in my purchase. I think it’s a joke that your company asked me to review my experience when I haven’t even had any response at all on your company’s end. I’m actually very disappointed that I was completely ignored.
