I knew my health wasn't great. I read that breastfed babies should be pooping daily, and if not, mama is lacking nutrients and minerals. I also wasn't getting my period, even tho it felt like I was going to. After taking this the first day, my baby pooped after a week of nothing. The second day I took it, I got my period! I feel healthy and calm, and even have gotten compliments on my boobs being perky, despite having fed 3 children! I do believe this supplement has made a big difference in a short amount of time.
