MONQ

Most of the time they don't work. I have left it plugged in for days and still doesn't work moat of the time

When I received my order I was very sad to see that I did not get part of the order. I had ordered two MONQ R Sleepy M and M rechargeable diffusers and I had only received one. I was wondering if can get a refund or just get the rest of the order. You guys have not answered my other emails.

can i refill with essential oils, does it need batteries, or it must be recharged, does the pod have batteries, after use I can discard the pod?

The only reason I use these is because I have a mouth fixation from smoking cigarettes and these help me quit smoking, sorta. The essential oil works for me on some of them. Others I’m not so interested in.
