MONQ

I got the 5 pack of CBD infused inhalers. They were all great, but one seemed to not work well. I had to inhale extremely hard to get the light to go on and the vapor to come. The others worked great though, and I still love the quality of product.

I purchased the Happy Diffuser and the Peace +cbd Diffuser. They were both nice. The website is great, but a little difficult to navigate. I accidentally bought a rechargeable battery I didn’t need...I would suggest adding more specific directions about what is needed for each product.

I really wanted to love the MONQ pens because the quality is clearly there and I love essential oils. I am not a smoker and I do not vape, and I specifically use products like this for relaxation, not for nicotine or anything harsh. Unfortunately, the taste was too strong for me. The flavor intensity actually gave me a headache, which made it hard to enjoy or continue using them. Because of that, I ended up having to give my entire pack away, which was disappointing. I personally prefer a lighter, more minty-fruity flavor profile — something fresh, gentle, and smooth, like the herbal diffuser Puff Air pens. Those are much easier for me to use and don’t overwhelm my senses. I truly wish MONQ offered softer, mint-forward or fruity-mint options, because I do think your product itself is better made — it’s just too strong tasting for someone like me who is sensitive and not used to smoking or vaping. If lighter flavors become available in the future, I would absolutely be open to trying MONQ again.

Some of my pens hardly give a vapor. They also make a crackling noise.
