No email response and no phone response

Was sent the wrong items and whilst they were nice enough to send the correct ones free of charge, the replacement parcel has been stuck in the warehouse since 23rd (date of replacement). Overall very bad experience for a first time client and I am unsure to shop with them again nor recommend
