That rating is for MitoQ Pure and its use as an antioxidant. That, not the magnesium, is an important part of my daily routine. I have said this in another review, the formulation makes the CoQ10 performance excellently as an antioxidant, but when it converts to the form that is necessary to the electron transport chain to produce ATP it performs poorly. That was my personal experience and studies have affirmed that. I still take regular CoQ10 for that purpose and ewoild recommend that to anyone who asked.
