NEVER GOT IT

Your customer service sucks. I had damaged merchandise that was shipped damage to my house. I contacted somebody in customer service sent them photos and they said that they would get back to me in which they have not and it’s been since last month early last month I haven’t had one return email since I sent them several there has been no resolution to this. I asked if they wanted me to ship back the damage merchandise no response I asked for a replacement, no response. They said that they were gonna look into it and that’s all I heard so as far as I’m concerned, I’m not very happy at all.

I keep getting new shipments I did not order. I now have a lifetimes worth of MitQ. Please, no more orders. Take me off your lists. Forever.
