Did not work for me. Kept me awake all night and gave me restless legs. Not sure why some of these sleep aids have the opposite effect on me.

This product did not work for me.

Not great, I believe the product claim are over-blown 1000x more absorable . . there is no test basis to prove any of the claims. Over-priced and over hyped
