I have used these products for enough years that they only had one MitoQ (Pure). Since then, when they added the MitoQ +Heart, I switched to that. I am now 70 and can honestly say that I feel great and I attribute much of it to this supplement. About 4-5 years ago, I showed it to my Naturopathic DO who researched it and enthusiastically agreed that it had great research behind it and would start recommending it to her patients. My body recovers quickly from activities and I appreciate the energy I have. I would recommend these supplements to all, and in fact have done just that.
