shipping ok , wax isn’t good .

Customer service phenomenal! Can’t complain about the service of your employees. Had technical issues with making purchase online and was immediately contacted by someone to address issue. Very satisfied with diligent work on employees to serve customers! Products are still under review. So far as tested not convinced it’s the best out there. Will update review as needed.

Very disappointed with this purchase and the way the exchange has been handled. I ordered a white wax pot and was sent a black one instead. I contacted the company and returned the incorrect wax pot the very next day. Unfortunately, they will not ship the correct wax pot until they receive the incorrect one back. It has now been 2½ weeks since I originally placed my order and one week since I shipped the incorrect item back, and they still have not received it—meaning my correct wax pot hasn’t even been shipped yet. I understand waiting for a return when a customer changes their mind, but this was the company’s shipping error, not mine. I feel the correct item should have been shipped immediately once the return was scanned and showed that it was on its way back. What should have been a simple purchase has turned into weeks of waiting for an item I needed for my business. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Very disappointed all around.

Shipping took 2 weeks. Wax was not good at all.
