I love the color, I love the size, I love the heating. My first purchase of this same pot was 6 years ago. It lasted so long and is still kickin! But I thought it time for a new pot because the old one was not heating as evenly anymore. She lasted so long and I loved that! But I was VERY disappointed that the light on the front of the wax pot no longer turns on and off when the pot is heating or has reached temp. It says it should in the manual, but I called and they are telling me that feature changed in 2022. It also now makes this weird grinding noise when it is heating. So I suppose I am being notified in some way, but the light flicking on and off helped me a whole lot to know when it reached the heat I set it for. Might be a small deal for some, but it was a big deal for me who is a creature of habit and used the indicator for 6 years. I also just dont like the weird sound it makes when its heating, it makes me think something is wrong even though everything seems fine!

Expensive for a man made partially or non biodegradable product. The shipping speed was average. I was looking for muslin strips of high quality which have edges that do not shed.
