I love miss cire wax pots I have the small one and wanted the 10lb pot, ordered on Black Friday but it was out of stock so I barely received it before Christmas I was so excited and when I set it up and plugged it in it wouldn’t turn on, the light would even be on when it’s plugged in. I sent an email seeing if there is something they can do but haven’t heard anything back and I also called but couldn’t reach anyone. It’s just frustrating because it is very expensive.
