I’ve been buying tweezers from Mish for several years but lately all the tweezers I’ve ordered have absolutely no grip. The glue rides up the base of my lash fans or they simply don’t grab. I’ve been having to go back to my old one which is frustrating

Usually great but the tweezers were not right this time!

Completely upset because the adhesive did not last on my 2 regulars. Both complained that their lashes fell off in the spam of 48 hours. I checked my humidity and temperature and it was in range with what the adhesive states. I thought maybe I got a wrong batch and tried contacting for a refund but never heard anything back. Just upset because I paid for the lash adhesive and on top had to pay back my clients a refund and was a total loss for myself. I even asked my clients if they used oiled base products or if they wetted them but they followed after care guidelines and one is a lash tech.

i reached out a couple times that i haven’t received my items and it said it would contact the shop. . it’s been two months now and i still haven’t had my items shipped out
