Even in time of COVID the shipment to other side of the world went as swiftly and smoothly as could have been hoped for. Selection of products is good. The sales team was super helpful and a great help during the order process. The Qi-Pulse laser itself is amazing and has been giving awesome results already. Great quality, light and yet exactly as powerful as it should be. Very impressed with effect on scars but also when used as needle alternative. Perfect for kids and with needle-shy patients (as well as self treatment!)
