Shipping took longer than expexted

Double dispatch not climate friendly

While I had no issues with payment and shipment, it's difficult to change regions on the website based on your location.

I am really disappointed by Mira support. I have asked clear questions and they have sent me responses that did not answer my questions and actually just left me more confused. They also, apparently, have no helpline numbers, just email - not acceptable given the price of their products
