Not good. See my review good reference.

Purchased a Mira just over a year and it stopped working, these devices are expensive, called Mira support and tried several steps to get the device working again but no luck. Was hoping Mira would send a new device as we really need the device but was told "we currently have a special $30 off for you! Enter MIRA30 at checkout to receive your discount. Be sure to take advantage of it before it expires! :)" not exactly what I was looking/hoping for as we have purchased close to a $1000 in Mira equipment and wands. We were only hoping they would support their equipment a little better. Cheers Shane
