Shopping took awhile almost 3 weeks

Shipping is on the slower side customer service has generally replied within 2-3 business days.

This is an expensive product, and it's not worth using all the time, though the information is very actionable for me. I have a regular cycle, and want to avoid pregnancy, as well as track for identifying premenopause when it arrives. I will not be tracking all cycles because it's so expensive, and the shipping to NZ for new wands is terrible, can be up to 3 months. The device requires out of box charging and firmware updates. The app is geared to selling more wands and not to actual user requirements for tracking. all you get is a dodgy graph where the numbers don't always match and sometimes the device doesn't record the data correctly. Will be a really great device after a few more software/hardware development cycles, improving shipping delays and dropping the price for wands.

Shipping is taking exceptionally long, I understand covid delays but I cam get other items from overseas much quicker.

Didn’t like how long it took to get it and getting started was difficult
