sorry to say it did nothing for me, no pain releaf at all

one week and nothing has changed

I contacted madebyhemp on two separate occasions. I requested a return label because I did not mean to luchase vape pen...i actually requested to exchange product but customer service rep stated this wasn’t doable. As of today, a week later I have not received return label..which was to be emailed to me. I am now questioning if I conducted business with a reputable business or if I should report this to the BBB.
