MT customer service is very good, but I will say if you make a purchase and then are offered what seems like a great deal, it is an ambiguous offer, so when I took the time to ask questions about what exactly was meant in offer (so I wouldn’t make a disappointing purchase by taking offer) they told me it was too late to redeem offer, and never explained what the offer entailed. I felt a little mislead by this, and I wish I could rememebr the details of the offer, but it flashed so briefly on the screen, it is vague in my memory, I am guessing because it was vague in the explanation, but it was something like an extra 50% off the same purchase if I doubled the purchase.
