Love the probiotics, only complaint is they don't pack enough cold packs in the shipping box.

Was disappointed I can’t buy Biopure whey protein in Nz. Bought it in Sydney as I’d lived there previously and had delivered to my daughters when visiting . It didn’t turn up in time. My daughter flew to NZ and bought it across. That’s frustrating as why can’t I just buy it here as my Aus nutritionist recommends it. I just happen to live in NZ now.

I have phoned several times to change the delivery address & yet my order has the wrong address! Your website does not give the option to update the delivery address.

The tablets were supposed to be kept cool, but they were warm when I received it. On the package said: Keep refrigerated.
