Lately, I’ve not had my smoothies. . out of town. . visiting family. but, I will be getting back on it. .

I love the taste and that I had no craving for sweets hungry and hour later. But unfortunately I have to unsubscribe do to that it binds me and not able to go to the bathroom regularly. .
