Love the product (protein shakes)! Love the workout exercises (Metabolic renewal) Customer service reps are very nice (I have dealt with Venus) However, the website does not allow me to manage my own subscription (very frustrating) and I have to rely on seeing the email for changes and respond in less than 3 days (doubly frustrating) Also, I have emailed customer service twice about starting a punch card with no response (triple frustrating)

The protein powder costs twice as much as most other brands. I gave it a try because it includes collagen peptides, but the stevia gives it a chemical aftertaste I couldn’t get past—so I canceled my subscription.

I love the protein powder but will need to find a different, more affordable brand of grass fed whey protein. $60 for less than a pound of pro powder is insanely expensive.

I called month before for my 1st order as I wanted 2 pkgs of protein shake then 1 PKG monthly from there on. I received 2 pkgs not 1. please send only 1 vanilla shake monthly.
