I've been using the Gummies for a while on my longer multi-hour mountain bike rides and have really been loving how they help not only keep me from bonking, but ready to fully recover when I finally get back home for a shower and some coach time off the saddle. I like the 25mg dose and the sweet fruit flavor is very natural tasting and not synthetic.
