LOVE MELT METHOD

I love the Melt Maps offered and the science that backs the program. When I first began the Melt Method I was “anxious to just do the map” and skip the rest assessments. Now, I LOVE this part; I actually slow down and allow my body to fully incorporate the changes and appreciate the effects. XOXOX Thank you so much for sharing all you know!!!
