I originally learned the Melt Method from Sue's first book - before the online platforms! I have used the MM daily for years - to keep the pain at bay. After recent injuries I have delved deeper and discovered the neurocore classes that have shown me what I was missing by not doing the reintegration and repatterning sequences. I am so thankful for Sue and the knowledge that she shares and with those on her team.
