Daily MELT-ing = A Greater Sense of Well Being
I love my MELT practice, especially the live online classes with Sue. They are always so informative! Tho my yoga practice has been evolving for more than 50 years (it’s quite different now at 75 than it was at 25!), I still learn something new about my body, and bodies in general, every time! MELT is gentle and easy yet SO powerful - and incredibly beneficial to over all well-being!
