MELT Method

Havent even received the roller yet but been doing the exercices modified with what I have along with hot cold shower thérapie and big improvement in m'y back. Can't wait t'il roller is her

I have been using the melt method roller for 10 years and it really helps me manage pain. I will be starting the melt method DVD that I received from Amazon and hope to feel even better.
