My roller was received damaged in transit but after contacting customer services they have promised yo ship me out another one adequately packaged.

I would like to encourage your company to make your product more accessible to the general public and this is why. I realize the importance or relaxing the muscles or massaging them as my family and I have done a bit over the years. I realize not all families are like mine but I do believe there are more like that in today’s world. My daughter and I have found that those little balls hard and soft but more soft for us on this situation and the bigger soft one as well. I have had an injury as well as my daughter has and we can have some interesting muscles issues as we strengthen our bodies. We have used them to help with the glutes muscles and right now my arm trigger band. Grooming a show poodle. They have been very helpful and a little more gentler than the other tools we use. We are more natural and a do it yourself as much as we can. All of this is because of the wonderful OMD’s and PT’s we have been blessed to have in our lives. They have taught us much and are always wanting to help us learn to do what they do on our own. We don’t do it all on our own and still need them but when we can’t get in they have taught us or even just give advice to fix what we missed. Example I have worked on the trigger points in my elbow for a time. Wasn’t getting better and asked OMD if she had any suggestions and she recommended me to treat it like a trigger band and start top of my arm and massage that muscle down and told me the elbow would be the biggest burger.
