Update: In February I had a blood test done and my vitamin D (12. 9, borderline low is 25) was deficient and my B12 was low (301, boderline low is 232). My doctor put me on vitamin D pills, and B12 (Cyanocobalamin 1000ml) shots everyday for one week followed by weekly for 4 weeks. During this time I took both the Vitamin D3+K2, and the Methyl B12. When I compared the shots versus the Methyl B12, the Methyl worked better for me. My body seems to prefer a trickle everyday over a huge shot one day followed by nothing for several days. When I experimented by not taking my daily methyl B12 for 2-3days because of the heavy and long days I work I noticed a crash about day 2-3. I had to drag myself from work that day.
I started my medication on the Feb 18th - March 17th. I took the MegaFood supplements from about the 19th or 20th of February to March 24th. When I got my bloodwork done again on the March 25th, my vitamin D is 27, and my B12 is 1,132. Will definitely stop the B12, but the vitamin D can still use some help. I think part of the success is the addition of Magnesium in the mornings with it, but in the previous weeks I did the Calcium Magnesium in the evenings and slept like a baby each time.
