I have been taking Mega Foods vitamins for nearly 10 years now. I absolutely love them! One of my favorite things is that I do not need to have food before taking them. I highly recommend them if you are looking for vitamin recommendations. Mega Foods is the only vitamin for me.

I've taken different vitamins for years and tbh I'm never sure if they do much, so can't review the vitamins themselves, but I can say the customer service was excellent. My first order was lost by fedex and Mega Food rushed out another order. They were very nice.
