So far so good. I like it and it doesn’t cause stomach upset. It’s a little too early to tell how it’s working but I’ve had no issues so far

I always purchased this magnesium glycinate. I take two daily and I have been purchasing it for years. I would definitely recommend. It doesn't mess up my stomach and I feel like it really helps my migraines.

I love MegaFood products - I love that they are made from real foods, bottled in glass, and the customer service is excellent. Grateful.
