I've only been on this product for a few weeks so can't give a review if my memory has improved but I have noticed that my osteoarthritis in my hands isn't as painful, so that's a good thing.

I have taken for a month and already received some relief.

I have tried several different brands and even was taking golden milk to fight pain in my knee from arthritis. This product has worked very well. You need to give it several days- I took 2 capsules twice a day- for 4-5 days to get jump started then tapered down to 1 - twice a day.

My shoulder aches is gone since taking this product.

Thank you for including the Pill organizer with my order. It has larger storage compartments for my pills, which is a bonus. Plus they are so easy to open.
