The Turmeric Curcumin 1,000mg with 10mg Black Pepper Extract is truly a pain saver. I take 2,000mg per day or four capsules with Ginger Root. I wish they would make a product with it all together. Turmeric is very good for inflammation. I am getting ready to have shoulder surgery and I cannot take this or any OTC meds. My body really feels the difference. I used another brand before that was ok but this has more genuine curcuminoids along with the black pepper. I can tell the difference. I am on the Subscribe & Save program. They automatically deliver every two months. No hassles. You can change any time. Makes life a little simpler. I do highly recommend this product.

Being a long time sufferer of rheumatoid arthritis, I'm always on the lookout for relief. I've tried other brands of curcumin to only benifit from some slight relief . Me First Living far surpasses past brands. My comfort level ranges at 95%. Thanks for your product.
