I use this to help with my knees that ache when I walk too much. I do believe it helps. I can definitely tell the difference if I don't use it for a short period. This particular brand seems to have a really good concentration of Turmeric.

I believe Turmeric is a very beneficial supplement. I feel it has helped my over all health.
