Extremely happy with my purchase, and the results! Other supplements also claim to contain "95% Curcuminoids," and people wrongly assume that it means that 95% of the ingredients are curcuminoids. Wrongo! I am pleased that Me First contains 1000mgs of the "95% Curcuminoids," instead of just a couple hundred. I know too many people who say that they can't feel any difference with their brand, and this is partly why.

I rarely give anything five stars. I have used the Me First Living Turmeric product for numerous years and love them. They are made of the purest form and they work. I use much less over the counter pain medications. I take 1,000mg in the AM and 1,000mg in PM. I tried two other brands and came back to MeFirst. The Customer Service is outstanding! Shout out to Jordan. I hope you find Turmeric w/black pepper beneficial for you.
