Just started my second bottle and had to kick up the dosage to two tablets twice a day with food after one week on two tablets a day I was able to start using my hands again and now at two tablets twice a day I reduced the pain about 60% it works much better than Ibuprofen and hopefully there are no side effects to your product so far I haven't noticed any

Hi was having moderate arthritis in the neck worked construction all my life went to get X-rays so they said yes moderate arthritis did my research on turmeric and found me first living and it works it’s better then taking Tylenol thank you so much !!
