I've been educated as to the ingredients I thought I was getting in my previous Turmeric capsules. Very pleased with the percentages in your product.

I have been suffering from terrible back pains for a long time to the point where it was hard to get dressed in the morning...I gave your product a try and was surprised the next morning ( after taking 4 capsules the day before) to be 98% pain free...as still doing its job months later. I've been a repeat customer for a couple years now. Previously, I had tried turmeric products from 3-4 different companies. They generally contained only around100mgs of 95% Curcumin, and I wasn't willing to take a handful of capsules to get an effective dosage. Me First Living is effective for both pain and inflammation. I DO notice relief, and have recommended this brand several times to my friends.
