About six months ago I began to have pain in a multitude of joints. A friend of mine told me about a product that he had seen on Facebook and I looked it up and read a number of reviews and did some research and still skeptical I decided to try it. My friend told me give it a month. To my surprise after 3 1/2 weeks of a daily dose I could actually regain most of my mobility when doing my morning yoga stretch. My only wish is that the pills were a little smaller and easier to swallow thank you

I tried another brand first and wasn’t completely happy with the results. After using Me First Living and a few short weeks my arthritis pain was completely gone. I was having back and sciatic pain down my right leg to the point I couldn’t resume my walks. I take one pill in the am and one at night, and feel great.
