I'm one of the old timers who started out years ago taking tumeric with black peppercorns. It was a hassle having to grind the peppercorns but I read that increased absorbency. Well I soon graduated to capsules, even the newer liquid form, but I always check "other ingredients or the extract dosage. The information in your ad really educated me more and I checked my former tumeric and saw it only contained 150 mg of extract!!
